• In case of an error by our company. We fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and shipping costs
    • In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, no money is refunded by our company.
    • In the case in which the products you have received have exceeded the expiry date we will refund in full the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
    • In the case in which the product has a defect and is covered by warranty, a replacement is made in consultation with the company of the product.
    • Returns are accepted after consultation and only if the products are unused and in their original condition.
    • In the case of product use or alteration of the original packaging, the return will not be accepted.
    • The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to return the product purchased - for any reason, even for no reason at all - and request a replacement.
    • If the return is not made within the 14 calendar days from the day of receipt or if some of the return conditions are not met, ektoxeftis.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement.
    • If the payment was made by credit card, the transaction will be cancelled and the credit card will be updated accordingly.
    • Before returning the product you should contact the returns department of ektoxeftis.gr. Unauthorized product changes that are part of a promotional package are not accepted. A replacement of the entire package must be made.

Product Return Procedure

At our physical store: You bring the product to our premises (along with the proof of purchase) and after a check to determine that the return conditions apply, the product is replaced with the same or another product of your choice.

Individual product changes that are part of a promotional package will not be accepted. A replacement of the entire package must be made.

Product shipment: If you have previously called the returns department of ektoxeftis.gr , you pack and send the package with the product with our partner courier company. Inside the package you will have placed a note in which you inform us of the problem that has arisen with the returned product as well as the proof of purchase. If the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained in detail above. It will be returned to the customer and the transport costs will be borne by the customer.
