Plaster Silancolor Base Coat 20kg

Coloured silicone undercoat, with high filling and adhesion capacity, for interior and exterior surfaces.

Uses

  • Undercoat for filling with Silica granules for new mature plasters prior to the application of Silancolor range of filling coatings.
  • Homogenising and filling substrate for old plasters that are not particularly worn and degraded before the application of Silancolor range of filling coatings.
  • Filler undercoat for dehydrated plasters prior to the application of Silancolor range filler coatings.
  • Undercoat for old paints even slightly decomposed before the application of Silancolor range of filling coatings.
  • Coloured undercoat that facilitates the covering of the final layer of paints and fillers with bright and clear low opacity shades.
  • It is used to prepare the undercoat of cementitious surfaces prior to the application of the coloured topcoat to adjust the absorbency of the substrate and improve adhesion. 
  • It is necessary in case of application of textured coatings in order to avoid substrate transparency.
