Epoxy Resin Denepox 40 B 0.7 kg (2 Ingredients)

Advantages

This is a super-low viscosity, 2-component epoxy resin for static reinforcement of concrete and can be used in dry or wet environments.
Low pressure injection for structural crack and micro-crack bonding in dry and wet environments.
Bonding and anchoring.
Sealing of low density porous concrete.
Not suitable for applications with moving liquid contact.
Extremely resistant to moisture.
Hardens in damp/wet environment.
Deep penetration into cracks.
Exceeds the consistency of concrete.
Solvent free. Long service life.
Resin once reacted resists acids, alkalis, oils, greases and petroleum derivatives.

Formula: A-component Epoxy resin, transparent. B-component Polyamine sclerosant, light yellow. Mixing ratio: 100 : 30 - Colour transparent.

Consumption: to be estimated by the project engineer depending on the width and depth of cavities and cracks.

Initial curing time about 24 hours at 20°C.Denepox 40 is sensitive to moisture and should be stored in its original packaging in a dry area.Storage temperature should be between 5°C and 50°C.Shelf life: 2 years.
