CEMENTING MACHINE ECDE DOUBLE EJECTOR

The company Sprayer presents the powerful ECDE cementing machine with twin cylinder pump that delivers 24 liters of mixture per minute at a distance of 60 meters long and 30 meters high.

Available in two versions single phase and three phase to choose the one that suits your needs. 

Designed for particularly high strengths its pumps guarantee hundreds of m3 of injected mortar. This is achieved thanks to the proven cast iron pumping unit, with pistons and valves chrome plated to the correct thickness.

Thanks to the high-capacity double mixer, it ensures a continuous mixing and pumping cycle, generating a higher injection volume throughout the entire area. Its low height facilitates loading, its low weight and large castors make it easy to move.   Alternative drive is provided by a motor connected to a maintenance-free gearbox. Watertightness is ensured by a durable special gasket.  It is also particularly easy to dismantle, allowing faster cleaning and maintenance whenever needed.

With the switch and pressure gauge to control the pressure, the sprayer pumps are ideal for injecting small amounts of cement into damaged or dangerous structures.

  Fix or waterproof walls, rocks, dams and tunnels.

 conducting hydraulic tests and for all operations requiring more than 15 pressures and more than 24 l/min.

SAFETY AND RELIABILITY

 The electrical panel, protected against shocks and water sprays, complies with European directives.

 It is equipped with a thermal switch for the electric motors, an easy-to-use phase inverter and an emergency button.

 The hour counter (normal power supply) helps you plan both work and maintenance. All pumps with an electronic pumping unit are supplied with buttons that have a 20 metre cable. This means that the operator can activate it directly from the injection point. A great advantage!

 The pressure switch (basic supply) allows you to adjust the pressure to the desired value, automatically stopping the pump when this value is reached.

 A handy valve allows the mixture to flow out into the lower agitator before the pumping cycle starts.

 The blades themselves, as well as their shape and number, are designed to guarantee perfect mixing.
