Suitable for thick and high viscosity materials. Airless spray painting is a technique that prevents overspray problems. Its main advantages are speed and efficiency. Due to the high operating pressure (maximum 220 Bar) and flow rate, more jobs can be completed in a shorter time with less workload. One of the strong points of the Airless paint sprayer, TECNOVER Testarossa Superquindicimila is the ability to distribute the material at a distance of 80 meters, which allows to save time without moving the pump during the work. The pump is equipped with a stainless steel head to better resist the wear of abrasive products such as quartz. It is also possible to spray two guns simultaneously (each with a maximum nozzle size of 0.023").

The electric motor attaches to the hydraulic body with a flange to make it easier to change, and it is possible for the user to have a single-phase or three-phase motor that simply connects to the preferred version without having to purchase a brand new complete pump. This Airless paint sprayer, can be used for a wide range of coating materials: from buildings (including interior and exterior work), to carpentry and industry. The products you can spray are: enamels, varnishes, primers, rust inhibitors, paints, emulsion paints, quartz paints, asbestos encapsulation products, flame retardants, latex, resins, oils and more. When equipped with the pump's 30 Lt gravity tank it can also spray heavy products such as putty (for use with airless spray systems) or thixotropics.
