Application
- Preparing the ampoule: Unscrew the cap, cut off the protective tape, screw on the static mixer, insert the ampoule into the gun and start applying
- When work is stopped, the stationary mixer can remain in the ampoule, after the piston pressure is released
- Upon resumption of work, in case the resin has hardened inside the static mixer, it should be replaced
- Removal of fresh debris from tools and application equipment can be carried out using Sika Colma
- Hardened and/or matured material (adhesive) can only be removed mechanically
- Mixing ratio Component A: component B = 10 : 1 by volume
- Layer thickness 3 mm maximum
- Hanging flow Does not sag, even in ceiling applications
- Product temperature Sika AnchorFix 1 must have a temperature between +5°C and +40°C to be applied
- Ambient temperature: -10 °C minimum / +40 °C maximum
- Dew point Beware of condensation! The substrate during application must have a temperature of at least 3 °C above the dew point
- Substrate temperature: -10 °C minimum / +40 °C maximum
