Description
PLANO CONTACT
Lime-based primer for creating an adhesion bridge on non-absorbent substrates and smooth surfaces such as metal, glass, existing tiles, exposed concrete in order to be followed by bonding with cement-based tile adhesives.
It is also suitable for application on exposed concrete and smooth surfaces, prior to PLANOCOLOR ACR and PLANOCOLOR SLR organic coatings.
On absorbent substrates it can be applied by dissolving up to 10% with water.
Accepts coating after 3-5 hours.
It is part of the External Thermal Insulation System (ETH) NOVATHERM SYSTEM.
The quartz primer is applied to:
- internal and external walls and floors
- plasterboards, cement boards, polystyrene insulating boards
- old paints
Creates suitable adhesion conditions for:
- coatings, cement-based and acrylic-based plasters
- tile adhesives, self-leveling cementitious mortars, etc.
- Repair mortars, etc.
- Pressed cementitious mortars of the PLANOCOLOR MICROCEMENT system
