Application

Blending - Sikafloor ProSeal-22 is ready to use
Mix thoroughly for 2 minutes with an electric mixer at low speed (~300 rpm) before use
Application - On fresh concrete, apply immediately after completion of finishing work. Apply a continuous film with low-pressure spraying. The suitability of spraying equipment must first be confirmed by tests. It is also possible to apply with a brush or roller
To ensure the maximum possible aesthetic result and performance, it is recommended to apply a second coat
Wait for the first coat to dry (dry to the touch) before applying the second coat (see Waiting time / coating)
Tool maintenance – Removal of fresh debris from tools and application equipment can be carried out using Thinner C
Hardened and/or matured material can only be removed mechanically
Cleaning - To maintain the appearance of the floor after application, all leaks must be removed from the ProSeal-22 Sikafloor immediately and the floor must be cleaned regularly using a rotary cleaning brush, industrial cleaners, mowers with dryer, high-pressure washing appliances, suction washing and cleaning techniques, etc. using appropriate cleaning agents and candles
