SC 200 EASY FLEX

Two-component melted cementitious waterproofing mortar with high elasticity applied by brush or roller

  • Highly elastic two-component waterproofing cementitious mortar with excellent workability.
  • Easily applied by roller.
  • Suitable for terraces, swimming pools, reservoirs.
  • Has high UV resistance and can be left exposed on non-waterproofed roofs.
  • Also suitable for application on non-absorbent substrates such as tiles or marble on balconies or pools.
  • Bridges cracks in concrete up to 2 mm.

It is suitable for

  • waterproofing and protection on concrete and cementitious surfaces such as terraces, verandas and surfaces exposed to weathering
  • walls in contact with the ground, such as foundations, basements, garrets, etc.
  • existing coatings, such as tiles and natural stone
  • swimming pools, balconies and bathrooms prior to the application of tiles
  • masonry materials, such as plasterboard, cement board, porous concrete, etc.
  • bridging cracks up to 2 mm
