Clear Seal varnish A-25 for strip flooring

  • Clear Seal A-25 is a solvent based thermoplastic acrylic resin designed to provide a penetrating sealant coating over concrete mortar surfaces.
  • When the product penetrates it hermetically seals out any foreign substance such as grease, oil, moisture etc.
  • The product is as transparent as pure water and highly resistant to discoloration that may be caused by dull ultraviolet light rays and to damage such as deformation and abrasion

Fields of application

  • The surface must be clean and completely dry before application of the product
  • Apply directly to the surface with a sprayer, coating roller or wax roller
  • Use a small to medium sized fluffy cylindrical (Phenolic Core) spreader
  • Soak the coating roller well and make long, continuous movements to ensure a smooth coating
  • The coating layer should be as thin as possible
  • Apply it on top of concrete mortar that has been cured for 5 weeks
  • The product should be allowed to dry for 2 to 3 hours before resuming circulation
  • Coverage of one square metre.

Packaging: 20 kg container.
