SurfaPore F

  • Waterproofing and priming for plasterboard, cardboard, paper and absorbent woods such as plywood or particleboard
  • SurfaPore F is a product that can be easily applied to absorbent and water susceptible fibrous surfaces such as plasterboard, paper or cardboard and synthetic woods
  • Its active formula protects and waterproofs sensitive surfaces, effectively repelling water
  • It is also used as a primer improving the adhesion of paints

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • SurfaPore F is a water-based formulation specifically designed for fibrous surfaces such as cardboard, paper and absorbent synthetic woods (plywood or particleboard)
  • It exhibits increased flexibility after curing, with minimal changes from the original appearance of the material
  • Plasterboard is very sensitive to moisture, the presence of which is followed by the development of mould and blistering
  • Modified boards with SurfaPore F will not absorb moisture and its application ensures that the paint can be applied directly to the surface without the additional need for a special primer
  • In addition, wood or plaster boards treated with SurfaPore F can be transported and installed without the risk of rain which can swell or deform them

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • It is recommended that the application surface is clean and dry
  • Using a brush, brush or roller, cover with SurfaPore F, undiluted
  • On particularly absorbent surfaces, a second "hand" application is recommended within 4 hours of the first application
  • Maximum protection efficiency is fully achieved 24 hours after application
  • On visible surfaces, test on a small area before application, as the colour may change slightly after application
  • Coverage: 8-10 m²/L, depending on the absorbency of the application surface
